Pilot Privacy Notice

Who is responsible

Alex Turner operates this pilot and is the data controller for account administration, security and operation of the service.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to privacy@execvector.uk.

Information ExecVector handles

• Account information, including your name, email address, authentication records and workspace preferences.
• CRM information you enter, including opportunities, interviews, tasks, activities, agencies, recruiters, contacts, notes and external document-folder links.
• Limited security and operational information needed to protect, diagnose and operate the service. Logs are designed not to contain passwords, authentication tokens or CRM record content.

You decide what CRM information to enter. Do not add unnecessary sensitive information, and only record information about other people when you have a legitimate reason to do so.

Why it is used

Account and CRM information is processed to provide the pilot service you requested. Limited technical information is processed for the legitimate interests of securing the service, preventing abuse, diagnosing faults and evaluating whether the pilot is ready for wider use.

ExecVector does not use your information for advertising, marketing, automated decision-making or profiling, and does not sell personal information.

Service providers

ExecVector uses Vercel for application hosting; Supabase for authentication, database hosting and account deletion; IONOS for transactional authentication email; Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse protection; and Upstash for shared abuse-rate limiting. These providers process limited information needed to perform those services under their own security and retention arrangements.

Retention and deletion

Live account and CRM information is retained while your pilot account remains open. You can permanently delete it from the Account page. Manual recovery backups are retained for no longer than 30 days and privacy-safe operational logs for no longer than 30 days.

Your choices and rights

You can view and correct much of your information in ExecVector, export your CRM data, and delete your account. You may also ask for access, correction, restriction, objection or deletion where the relevant UK data-protection right applies.

Contact privacy@execvector.uk first so the issue can be addressed. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Pilot changes

This notice applies only to the controlled pilot. It will be reviewed before ExecVector is opened to wider public registration or operated commercially. Material changes will be brought to pilot users' attention.
