Data Retention & Deletion

While your account is open

Your live account, workspace configuration and CRM records remain available until you delete individual records or permanently delete your account. The pilot does not currently apply automatic inactivity deletion.

What permanent account deletion removes

Successful account deletion immediately removes your live sign-in identity and the associated ExecVector profile, customer-account record, opportunities, interviews, contacts, tasks, activities, agencies, recruiters and configured lookup values.

ExecVector intentionally creates no live customer record containing your former user ID or email after deletion.

Backups and operational records

• Manual disaster-recovery backups may contain CRM data that existed when the backup was created. They are protected, are not part of the live application and are deleted within 30 days.
• Privacy-safe application and security logs are retained for no longer than 30 days. They must not intentionally contain passwords, authentication tokens or personal CRM content.
• Infrastructure providers may retain limited security, delivery or service records under their applicable service arrangements. These are not available as live CRM records.

Backups are used only for disaster recovery and are not searched or restored to recover an individual deleted account.

What ExecVector cannot delete

ExecVector stores links to external document folders, not the external files themselves. Account deletion removes the stored link but cannot delete files held by another provider. You must delete those files directly with that provider if required.

Emails already delivered to your mailbox are controlled through your email provider and are not removed by deleting ExecVector.

How to delete or request help

While signed in, open Account, review the deletion summary, enter your current password, type DELETE MY ACCOUNT and confirm permanent deletion.
